2. Service description

Construction Hub is a cloud platform for construction project management that provides tools for managing contracts, acts, invoices, expenses and other business processes.

3. Registration and account

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your information up to date
• Keep your password confidential
• Be responsible for all actions under your account

4. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Resell or transfer your access without permission

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights to the platform, including software, design, logos and content, belong to Construction Hub. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform. You grant us a license to store and process this data solely for the purposes of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Construction Hub is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you have the right to download your data.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or notice in the platform.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
