Construction Hub v1.10 — Property Sales and Improved Invoice PDFs

Version 1.10 introduces a new Property Sale contract type with automatic installment generation and direct invoicing, intelligent property selection, sale status verification, improved invoice PDFs, and help content for nomenclature codes.

With Construction Hub v1.10, we are entering new territory — managing property sales directly within the system. For construction companies that not only build but also sell residential and commercial units, this release eliminates the need for a separate sales software.

New Contract Type — "Property Sale"

Until version 1.10, Construction Hub managed construction execution contracts — between an owner and a contractor, with acts, proformas, and invoices. The new "Property Sale" contract type serves a different but equally critical process — selling completed or under-construction properties.

Automatic Installment Generation

When creating a property sale contract, the system allows you to define a payment schedule with automatically generated installments:

  • Down payment — a percentage or fixed amount upon signing the preliminary contract
  • Interim installments — tied to construction milestones (structural completion, finishing works, occupancy permit)
  • Final installment — upon transfer of ownership

Each installment has a due date, amount, and status. The system tracks which installments are paid, which are upcoming, and which are overdue — information that is critical for cash flow management in residential construction.

Direct Invoicing from Installments

When a buyer owes an installment, you can generate an invoice directly from the payment schedule with a single click. The amount, buyer details, and property information are populated automatically. No data duplication, no risk of errors from manual entry.

Intelligent Property Selection

One of the most elegant features in this release is intelligent property selection. When a buyer selects an apartment, the system automatically marks and suggests related units — parking space, storage room, common areas. This relationship is predefined in the building's structure.

How It Works in Practice

  1. You create a building (residential complex) with floors and individual units
  2. You define relationships: Apartment 12 - Parking Space 5 + Storage Room 12
  3. When selling Apartment 12, the system automatically suggests adding the parking space and storage room
  4. The seller confirms or adjusts the selection

This is particularly valuable in complex transactions where a single buyer acquires multiple related units. Without automation, missing a related unit is a real and common problem.

Sale Status Verification

When performing operations on properties, the system carries out automatic status verification:

  • A property that has already been sold cannot be sold again
  • An invoice cannot be issued for a property without an active contract
  • Ownership cannot be transferred if there are unpaid installments

These checks prevent errors that in the real world lead to serious legal and financial consequences.

Improved Invoice PDFs

PDF invoice generation received another round of improvements:

Company Logo Compression in WebP

The company logo displayed on invoices is now automatically compressed to WebP format. The result is a smaller file size while maintaining visual quality — PDF documents are generated faster and take up less space.

  • Better element alignment
  • Improved readability of line item tables
  • Correct rendering with a large number of line items (automatic page breaks)

Help Content for Nomenclature Codes

Nomenclature is the backbone of pricing and reporting in construction. With this release, we added built-in help content that explains:

  • How to structure nomenclature codes for your company
  • Recommended practices for coding materials, services, and machinery
  • How nomenclature connects to price lists, offers, and quantity surveys

This help is accessible directly in the nomenclature module and is useful both for new users and for companies looking to optimize their existing structure.

3D Viewer — Fixes and Stability

The 3D Viewer introduced in the previous version received a series of fixes:

  • Improved performance with models containing a large number of elements
  • Corrected zoom and pan behavior
  • More stable loading of complex IFC files
  • Fixes for visualization of specific MEP elements
