Construction Hub v1.8 is the most extensive release to date. It transforms how you view your data, track documents, and work with BIM models. From a customizable dashboard with drag-and-drop to intelligent document workflow visualization — this version is built for construction companies that demand complete control.

Custom Dashboard with Drag-and-Drop Widgets

Every user in Construction Hub can now create their own dashboard that displays exactly the information they need.

How It Works

  • Widget selection — choose from a library of predefined components: revenue and expense charts, recent document lists, overdue payments, active contracts, inventory levels, and more
  • Drag-and-drop arrangement — move widgets exactly where you want them, resize them to fit your workflow
  • Saved configuration — the dashboard is saved individually for each user

Why This Matters

In a construction company, the CFO cares about cash flows and overdue payments. The technical manager wants to see active acts and completion status. The warehouse manager tracks inventory and movements. With the custom dashboard, everyone sees their own picture without getting lost in information that is not relevant to them.

Document Chain Map — Document Workflow Visualization

This is a feature unique to Construction Hub. Document Chain Map visually displays the relationship between linked documents — from a work completion act, through a proforma, to an invoice and payment.

The Act - Proforma - Invoice Chain

In construction, documents do not exist in isolation. Every invoice stems from a proforma, which stems from an act, which is based on a quantity survey from a contract. Document Chain Map visualizes this chain as an interactive diagram:

  • See the entire path of a document from start to payment
  • Every node is clickable — opens the corresponding document
  • Color coding indicates status: draft, sent, approved, paid
  • Missing links are clearly marked — you know exactly where the process stalled

For companies managing dozens of parallel work completion acts, Document Chain Map transforms a chaos of documents into a clear and manageable visualization.

Real-Time Notifications

Construction Hub now notifies you about important events the moment they happen:

  • A new act has been submitted for approval
  • An invoice has been approved or rejected
  • A payment deadline is approaching
  • A partner has accepted or rejected an offer

Notifications appear directly in the system and can be configured by type and priority.

Unified Accounting Document Dialog

Creating accounting documents has become faster and more intuitive. The new unified dialog consolidates the creation of invoices, proformas, and credit notes into a single interface with clear steps and automatic data population from linked documents.

Standardized Payment Modal

Recording payments is now standardized. The new payment modal opens from any document (invoice, proforma) and allows:

  • Entering full or partial payments
  • Selecting the payment method (bank transfer, cash, card)
  • Automatic status update of the document
  • Recording the payment date and reference

PDF Invoices with VAT and International Format

PDF invoice generation received a major upgrade:

  • VAT on invoices — correct calculation and display of tax base, VAT rate, and amount
  • International format — invoices compliant with EU VAT Directive requirements, with all mandatory fields for international trade
  • QR code — every PDF document now includes a QR code for quick verification and access to the online version

IFC — Rebar Attribute Extraction

The IFC/BIM Import module received an important addition — rebar attribute extraction from IFC models. This includes:

  • Diameter and length of reinforcement bars
  • Steel type and grade
  • Quantities by floor and structural element
  • Automatic export to Excel for direct use in quantity surveys

For structural engineers and companies performing reinforcement work, this feature eliminates manual measurement from drawings and dramatically accelerates the preparation of quantity surveys.

Version 1.8 is the result of hundreds of hours of development and feedback from real construction companies. From the custom dashboard to Document Chain Map — every feature is designed to save time and provide better visibility into your projects.
