Stripe Payments — Subscribe in a Few Clicks

With the new Stripe integration, subscribing to Construction Hub has become incredibly simple. Users can choose a plan, enter payment details, and manage their subscription — all directly from the system, without needing to contact our team.

What the Integration Includes

Email Verification on Registration

Alongside the payment integration, we also introduced email verification during registration. Every new user receives an email with a confirmation link, ensuring account security and validating the provided email address.

AI Document Wizard — AI Reads Your Documents For You

This is the feature we received the most requests for. AI Document Wizard uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded documents (PDFs, scanned images, photos) and automatically extract structured data — amounts, dates, line items, partners, and everything else.

How It Works

Upload the document — an invoice, act, offer, or any other construction document
AI analyzes the content — recognizes text, tables, and key fields
Review the extracted data — the system shows what it recognized for your approval
Confirm and save — the data is automatically populated into the corresponding form

Excel Import — Bulk Data Entry Made Easy

Migrating from Excel to Construction Hub has never been easier. The new Excel Import module supports bulk importing of:

Acts — import existing work completion acts with all line items
Partners — load your entire list of clients, suppliers, and subcontractors at once
Users — add the entire team with roles and permissions in seconds

The system validates the data before import, shows warnings for potential issues, and allows corrections before the final save.

Price List Versioning

Price lists now support versioning — when a supplier updates prices, you can create a new version without losing the history. Previous versions remain accessible, and the system automatically uses the current one when creating new documents.

Price List Import and Export

Price lists can now be imported from and exported to Excel. Received a price list from a supplier in Excel? Import it directly. Want to share your list with a partner? Export it with one click.

Shareable URLs

Every document in the system now has a unique shareable URL. You can send a direct link to a specific invoice, act, or offer to a colleague — they will see that exact document without searching through menus and lists.

Global Keyboard Shortcuts

For users who prefer the keyboard over the mouse, we have added global keyboard shortcuts. Quick record creation, navigation between modules, opening the search — everything is accessible with a shortcut. Press ? for the full list.

Document Preview Modal

You no longer need to open a document in a separate view to see its key information. The new document preview modal shows the essential data — amounts, dates, status, line items — directly from the list view with a single click.
