Why does your construction company need site management software?

When you manage 5, 10 or 50 sites simultaneously, Excel and server folders stop working. Specialized construction site management software gives you a single source of truth for every site — from contract to last expense.

Scattered information

Site data lives in dozens of Excel files, emails and folders. No one knows which BOQ is the latest, which contract is signed, what the real budget is.

No budget visibility

How much is used on site 3? What's left on contract 14? In Excel the answer takes half a day. Site management software gives it to you in real time.

Complex sub-site hierarchy

A big residential complex has multiple buildings, each with multiple entrances. Excel can't describe this structure. Construction Hub supports unlimited site → sub-site hierarchy.

No finance linking

Expenses, revenues, acts, invoices — all must be linked to a specific site. Without that you can't calculate real profit per site, and that's the key to the business.

Key features of construction site management software

Construction Hub covers the full cycle — from creating a new site to archiving after completion. With full module integration.

Unlimited site hierarchy

Create sites and sub-sites with unlimited depth — buildings, entrances, floors, sections by your logic. Multi-site projects with centralized management and decentralized responsibility.

All site data in one place

Name, code, address, city, postal code, purpose, building category, start date and estimated end date, total budget, partner/client, project team. Everything on one card.

Planned vs actual budget

Each site has a total budget and spent budget that updates automatically from linked contracts, acts and expenses. You see deviations immediately.

Linking with contracts, acts and finance

Every contract, act, offer, invoice, expense and material movement is linked to a specific site or sub-site. Real P&L report for every site with one click.

Site team and roles

Assign project manager, technical supervisor and chief engineer per site. Add team members with notification settings — alerts on new act / contract.

Milestones and checkpoints

Define key milestones per site — start date, permit submission, structural works, finishing, commissioning. Track progress against plan.

How Construction Hub works for site management

Four steps from site creation to full control:

1

1. Create site

Fill in the essentials — name, code, address, client, site type, planned budget and timeline. System creates structure in seconds. Excel batch import is also available.

2

2. Hierarchy and sub-sites

Break the site into buildings, entrances, floors or other units. Each sub-site with its own description, area and category. Duplicate entire sites with their structure.

3

3. Link all operations

Contracts, acts, expenses, invoices and material movements link to the site on creation. No orphan transactions without a site.

4

4. Monitor and report

Site profile with planned/actual budget, executed quantities, contract remainder, expense categories. Export reports for the investor.

Who is site management software for?

Construction Hub fits any construction company managing more than 2 sites simultaneously:

General contractors

You manage 5-50 active sites across cities. Each with dozens of subcontractors, hundreds of acts and thousands of expenses. Without a centralized system this is uncontrollable.

Developers

You build residential complexes with many buildings and apartments. You need full budget tracking per building and financial reporting per sub-site.

Investor companies

You commission multiple sites to different contractors. You need a single system to track progress, budgets and documentation per site.

Subcontractors with many sites

MEP, HVAC, electrical firms working on 10+ sites in parallel. Software gives you visibility which team is where and what the status is.

Frequently asked questions about site management software

What site hierarchy is supported?+

Construction Hub supports unlimited hierarchy — site → sub-site → sub-site and so on. Each sub-site has its own name, description and area. Structure is copied when duplicating a site.

Can I import existing sites from Excel?+

Yes. We have batch import from Excel — upload a table with sites, the system creates them simultaneously and links them to existing clients from the partner database.

How is spent budget per site calculated?+

The system automatically aggregates expenses, advance payments on contracts and acts linked to the site. In real time you see spent vs planned budget and remaining amount.

Who can see a given site?+

Via team members you assign specific users to the site — project manager, technical supervisor, chief engineer and others. Each user sees only sites they're responsible for.

What milestones are supported?+

Define your own milestones per site — start date, permit submission, structural works, finishing, commissioning. The system tracks whether you're on plan.

Can I deactivate a site without deleting it?+

Yes. We have separate deactivate and reactivate actions. Deactivated sites don't appear in active lists but keep their full history and can be reactivated.

How do acts and expenses link to the site?+

When creating an act, expense, invoice or material movement you choose a site or sub-site from a dropdown. Everything aggregates automatically in the site's budget and reports.
